Conference Fee

The conference will take place in the „Hotel Belvedere„**** conference centre situated at the edge of the Tatra National Park, close to the center of Zakopane.

The full cost of participation (if paid before June 30^th, 2022  July 7^th, 2022)

Participant (double room accommodation) – 3750 PLN

Participant (single room accommodation) – 4850 PLN

Accompanying person – 3100 PLN

The number of single rooms available is limited. Rooms will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. After June 30^th, 2022 July 7^th, 2022 a late payment fee of 500 PLN will apply.

The fee covers: participations in all sessions, accommodation in the „Hotel Belvedere” conference centre, half board, bus transfer from Krakow to Zakopane on the first day and from Zakopane to Krakow on the last day of the conference, as well as the social events.

Foreign PhD students can apply for a financial support offered by the The Polish National Agency For Academic Exchange- NAWA  within the PROM program  (International scholarship exchange of PhD candidates and academic staff)

A limited number of students whose abstracts will be accepted for oral contributions may receive an exemption from the conference fee (accommodation in a double room) and reimbursement of travel costs (lump sum).

To apply for the support the candidate should submit an abstract via the registration form and send  us an e-mail with a request along with the PhD supervisor’s  recommendation.

Note: hotel reservation and payment procedures are only managed by the organizers.
